For some time now, the Left has effected a virtual civil war against the right. They have rejected the presidency of Donald Trump and before that the presidency of George W. Bush. The left selectively ignores laws that it does not agree with and shuns verdicts from decisions of the Supreme Court that do not fit the liberal agenda. This behavior is bad for a Democratic Republic and threatens the very fabric of the nation. Read this article for a better understanding.

In an article published Monday at FrontPageMag.com, Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center and a New York writer who focuses on radical Islam, said that a new civil war has already begun. The article, headlined, “The Civil War is Here,” caused the term to trend on Twitter.
According to Greenfield, this war, at least for now, is quite different from the one fought between the States in the 19th Century. That is to say, there’s no cavalry charges and no cannon fire — yet. And, he notes, “the left doesn’t want to secede. It wants to rule.”
According to Greenfield:
The left has rejected the outcome of the last two presidential elections won by Republicans. It has rejected the judicial authority of the Supreme Court when it decisions don’t accord with its agenda. It rejects the legislative authority of Congress when it is not dominated by the left.
It rejected the Constitution so long ago that it hardly bears mentioning.
It was for total unilateral executive authority under Obama. And now it’s for states unilaterally deciding what laws they will follow.
