In two different interviews with Susan Rice, one thing was abundantly clear. In the first interview, there was no way that Donald Trump and his camp were monitored. In the second interview, there was no political ‘intent’ if the Trump Camp names just happened to come up. As one intelligence official pointed out, Susan Rice was a consumer of intelligence information. She was NOT, by design, and investigator of intelligence information.

Susan Rice has repeatedly changed her story over the last 15 days and given two different answers about the unmasking of Trump transition officials who were caught up in the surveillance of foreign officials.
Though Barack Obama’s national security adviser at first feigned ignorance, once it was revealed that she was the one who made the dozens of requests seeking to unmask the identities of the associates, Rice defended her actions by saying they were for national security reasons and not politically motivated.
First, Rice lectured the president in an op-ed for the Washington Post published on March 21 over his claims that the Obama administration wiretapped his offices during the presidential campaign.
