If you read the Federal laws that govern the protection of classified information, Hillary Clinton absolutely cannot be excused on the premise that she did not mean to do it. That she was CARELESS with the nation’s security is enough for any jury to render a guilty verdict. Look at this new set of emails that Judicial Watch has unearthed though the Freedom Of Information lawsuit.

WASHINGTON — Hundreds of new State Department emails released by the watchdog group Judicial Watch (JW) shows additional instances of Hillary Clinton sending and receiving classified information through an unsecure server.
JW released 894 pages of new State materials, obtained through a FOIA lawsuit against the Department, including previously unreleased email conversations that show the former secretary of state being sent additional classified information via her unsecure clintonmail.com email account from her senior aide Huma Abedin.
“The new documents included 29 email exchanges not previously turned over to the State Department, bringing the known total to date to at least 317 emails that were not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department. These records further appear to contradict statements by Clinton that, ‘as far as she knew,’ all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department,” JW said in a statement.
One example cited by JW include a December 21, 2009, email. Clinton national security adviser Jake Sullivan forwarded an email to Clinton’s unsecured email account that contained classified information that was redacted under FOIA exemption B1.4(D)……..
